Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using macrohubtr.com and the services offered through the MacroHub platform.

By accessing the site or using the services, you are deemed to have accepted that you are bound by these terms.

1. Parties and Definitions

  • MacroHub: The data controller company that owns the platform and provides the service.
  • User: The natural or legal person who accesses the platform through a free trial or an individual or corporate membership.
  • Service: The web-based platform service through which datasets, analyses, charts, Excel integration and expert commentary on the Turkish macroeconomy are provided.

2. Scope and Use of the Service

  • MacroHub is a SaaS platform that provides data on the Turkish economy in cleaned, standardised and analysis-ready form.
  • The data on the platform is updated automatically; however, MacroHub cannot be held responsible for errors in, or delays to, data published by official institutions (TurkStat, the CBRT, etc.).
  • Excel Integration: The User may use the Excel add-in or export features provided only for their own business processes.

3. Membership and Account Security

  • The User undertakes that the information provided at registration is accurate and up to date.
  • Account credentials are personal. If a membership is shared with third parties, MacroHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate that membership.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The design and software of the platform, the "MacroHub" trademark, and the original analyses and commentary offered on the platform belong to MacroHub.
  • The User may not publish data and analyses obtained from the platform for commercial purposes without citing MacroHub as the source, nor copy them into another platform.

5. Free Trial and Payment Terms

  • Free Trial: MacroHub may offer new users a free trial for a limited period or with a limited dataset. At the end of the trial, the relevant subscription package must be purchased for the service to continue.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: As digital content and instant-access services are provided, the "right of withdrawal" exceptions under Turkish Law No. 6502 may apply once the membership has been activated.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The data, analyses and expert commentary provided on MacroHub do not constitute investment advice.
  • The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. MacroHub is not liable for temporary access problems arising from internet outages, server maintenance or cyber attacks.

7. Termination

If the User breaches these terms, MacroHub has the right to suspend the service without prior notice.

8. Amendments

MacroHub reserves the right to update the terms of use and the features of the platform at any time.

9. Governing Jurisdiction

The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
