Personal Data Protection Notice

Prepared in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

As MacroHub (the "Company"), acting in the capacity of data controller, we inform you that your personal data will be processed lawfully for the purposes set out below.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by MacroHub in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity: Full name, Turkish national ID number, signature.
  • Contact: Address, telephone number, email address.
  • Transaction Security: IP address, website access logs, cookie records.
  • Customer Transactions: Request and complaint information, order/service history.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Carrying out the work required to make products and services available to you.
  • Conducting and auditing business activities.
  • Managing access authorisations and information security processes.
  • Following up on customer requests and complaints.
  • Carrying out communication activities.

4. Legal Grounds

  • Where expressly provided for by law.
  • Where directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
  • Where necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations.
  • Legitimate interests, provided that the fundamental rights of the data subject are not harmed.

5. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorised public institutions within the limits set by law. No transfers abroad are made under current processes.

6. Security and Retention Period

MacroHub takes the technical and administrative measures required to protect the confidentiality of your personal data. Your data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • To request correction where data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request erasure or destruction,
  • To object to an adverse outcome reached through automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
